Pros

  • Accessible location
  • Offers monthly stays
  • Numerous amenities and features

Cons

  • Above average pricing

Hong Kong Parkview offers serviced apartments available for short-term rentals in Hong Kong. These apartments cost a pretty penny, but we believe they are worth the price.

One of Hong Kong Parkview’s features that we like is its accessibility. The apartments are located 15 minutes from Central and Wan Chai, which ensures that you are always near your necessities and other possible destinations.

To make it even better, Hong Kong Parkview offers a scheduled private shuttle that takes residents to and from their residences.

We also enjoyed Hong Kong Parkview’s luxurious yet comfortable fully-furnished apartments, which number over 200. Tenants can choose from different room types, from 1-room apartments to more spacious studios and connecting flats.

These flats have everything to make your life as comfortable as possible, including maid service, cable TV and Wi-Fi access, and more.

Renting an apartment from Hong Kong Parkview also gives you access to their gyms, children’s playrooms, indoor baths and swimming pools.

Like us, the residents we interviewed appreciated the countless amenities and the ease of finding transportation. They also said that the flats are somehow romantic, as they all have a wonderful view of the mountains from their homes.

Overall, we believe that Hong Kong Parkview is the best match for those looking for a more luxurious kind of apartment with hotel-like service.

Pros

  • Affordable monthly rent
  • Easily accessible

Cons

  • Fairly small lodging

Yes in Space has a group of apartments that offer short-term rentals across Hong Kong. These flats are available either for daily stays, three to four-day stays, and monthly rentals, which gives possible tenants as many options as possible.

One of the primary things we like about Yes in Space is its rooms. The company mainly offers studio apartments in Mong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui, and other locations in Hong Kong.

These flats are a bit small, but they are cosy and include all the amenities that make life comfortable. Tenants get air-conditioning, a refrigerator, free Wi-Fi access and room cleaning service, and access to a shared kitchen.

We also liked these apartments’ accessibility, as they were all within walking distance of MTR stations and shopping centres. This ease of transportation improved our experience since we could get to everything we needed as quickly as possible.

We had the chance to interview other tenants, and they said that they appreciate the cleanliness and convenience offered by Yes in Space.

With all of these in mind, we believe that Yes in Space’s serviced apartments are the best match for those looking for comfortable yet affordable sleeping quarters, especially if you do not mind small spaces.

Pros

  • Relatively affordable rent
  • Close to universities, restaurants, and transportation
  • Multiple studio apartment types to choose from

Cons

  • Cooking area is shared among tenants

Nathan Residences offers studio apartments available for short-term rentals in Hong Kong.

Nathan Residences’ flats are particularly noteworthy. Tenants can choose from six different apartment types of varying sizes to suit their budget and style.

All of these flats have large windows that we appreciate since they let in a lot of natural light and give a decent view of the world outside. The apartments also have a mini-fridge, a TV and free Wi-Fi access, a work table, and a bi-weekly cleaning service.

If you want to cook your meals, you can use the communal area at any time. This area has a reading lounge, a fully-furnished kitchen, and shared dining spaces where you can eat on your own or meet other tenants.

If you prefer eating outside, there are numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance of Nathan Residences. The apartments are also a minute away from Exit C and the Yau Ma Tei MTR station, which we believe makes the residences even more accessible.

The apartments are also a bus ride away from multiple Universities, which makes travelling easier for studying tenants. Nathan Residences also offers in-house printing, scanning, and fax services, making things more convenient for students and workers staying here.

We believe that Nathan Residences’ affordable rent, amenities, accessibility, and services make it perfect for working people and students that need a temporary place to stay.

Pros

  • Has lodging in multiple locations
  • Affordable monthly rent

Cons

  • Amenities vary depending on location

Weave offers numerous short-term rental apartments and suites in Hong Kong, specifically in Central, Kowloon, and other locations.

The kind of lodging you can choose from depends on the apartment’s location. We believe this is a slight disadvantage, as you cannot expect consistency between each location’s facilities and pricing.

On the upside, Weave offers variety despite inconsistencies, which gives tenants choices that match their budgets and needs.

Weave also has pet-friendly apartments, which is a definite plus.

One of the things we like about Weave’s residences is its accessibility.

All of their apartments are a few minutes away from multiple MTR stations and a walk away from cafes, shops, supermarkets, and other places of interest. This proximity to shops ensures that all your necessities are available almost instantly.

We also appreciate the apartments’ pricing, starting at around $8,000 a month. This affordable rent already includes access to in-house laundry and pantry, gyms, and utilities.

We had the chance to talk to other tenants during our stay. Most of them said they enjoy the co-living spaces and the daily interactions, the friendly and helpful staff, and the ease of finding transportation and access to shops.

Overall, we believe that Weave Suites is a splendid match for those looking for short-term rentals at an affordable price.

Pros

  • Fairly affordable rent
  • Multiple locations
  • Discounts for stays longer than 3 months

Cons

  • Limited apartment choices
  • Apartment types vary by location

Tane Residence offers serviced studio apartments available for short-term rentals in Hong Kong.

One of the primary things we like about Tane Residence is its rent price, starting at around $10,000. The apartment also offers discounts for stays longer than three months, which is a plus.

Tane Residence has serviced apartments in Causeway Bay, Central, Kowloon, and other districts of Hong Kong. This makes it slightly more difficult to find a unit that matches your budget in the location you want since the apartment types vary from district to district.

Another thing we enjoy about Tane Residence is the amenities and services included in every unit, including a high-speed Wi-Fi connection, a TV with international channels, a refrigerator, weekly cleaning and linen changes, and more.

We also appreciate how they provide a laundry pick-up and drop-off service, albeit at a small fee.

We had the chance to talk to other tenants about Tane Residence. Most of them praised the apartments’ cleanliness, the kind and patient staff, and the property’s accessibility and proximity to MTR stations.

Overall, we believe that Tane Residence is a place worth considering if you’re looking for a comfortable yet affordable short-term apartment in Hong Kong.
