Also, we like that their team focuses on criminal defence work, not just something they offer on top of other services. This means their attention isn’t divided into different cases, unlike with other firms.

We’re also impressed that they’re available 24/7, making their legal assistance available in case of sudden arrests or police investigations.

Their responsiveness is another thing to commend. Clients mentioned that the team kept them updated, giving them confidence and reassurance throughout the stressful process.

The fact that they’re also a receiver of the Rising Law Firm of MCS and a finalist of the Asian Legal Business awards for Criminal Law Firm suggests that they’re gaining strong recognition within the legal industry.

In terms of their client service, they also don’t fall short with this. They’re responsive, with clients noting that they give timely updates and clear explanations. Their lawyers are also empathetic, reducing the overwhelming feeling of their clients.

However, note that they can be quite in demand, leaving their small team very busy.
