Their facilitators also take things to the next level. We’re happy to note that they’re highly experienced and multilingual – an advantage for organizations with multinational and global presence. 

Some smaller businesses may find their customized programs to be relatively costlier than most. Direct inquiries for quotes are highly recommended to assess options. Booking in advance is also recommended during peak seasons in spring and fall.

BAM Works Limited offers complete, one-step event management that handles everything from concept creation to post-event evaluation. We find this a great option for businesses that want to enjoy a hands-off solution at every stage.

Their flexibility in events is also a big advantage. Looking through their portfolio, we can see how they handle a wide range of event types, including gala dinners, brand activations, and hybrid or virtual events.

Another thing we liked is their specialized entertainment solutions through their wide network of performers and partners. It’s definitely a great addition, seeing how most of the positive feedback about them revolved around this plus.

The way they manage projects also won our favor. Communication with clients is timely and attentive, with team members taking the time to understand goals and company culture. This enables them to craft highly personalized plans.

With the level of experience and personalization, it’s no surprise that their fees come at a premium. On top of that, it’s also important to consider that their approach demands more lead time for planning – something that’s not ideal for short-notice events.

Chucky Onion Productions is a fully integrated event management and production company that offers end-to-end services, including event design, coordination, entertainment booking, and decorations. 

As for experience, the company has an extensive portfolio. They’ve staged over 300 gala dinners and managed countless large-scale events such as conferences, activations, and corporate parties.

Their range of capabilities is also impressive, thanks to their well-stocked resources. For one, they have their own inventory of AV equipment and employ expert audio-visual technicians at every event.

They also have an in-house carpentry workshop that allows them to create custom-made props, backgrounds, and decorations. They tailor everything to the client’s theme, so everything is properly aligned.

Customer service is also pretty good, with staff who are flexible enough to accommodate last–minute changes whenever possible.

The only areas of concern we have are that a few clients reported unclear contract terms; another group has had issues with delayed setups. These, however, are small reports in comparison to the positive feedback we heard.

Entertaining Asia Limited offers a broad range of services in the entertainment, events, and hospitality space. They ensure good collaboration at every stage, with good and reliable communication to keep up with the client’s vision.

One of the most interesting offerings they have is their entertainment visa case management. It’s a specialized service that is most useful for clients who prefer to bring their own artists to international events.

As for the rest of the services, the quality of work is top-notch. According to clients, every event has gone on smoothly, without any errors (or if there are any, very minor ones that are easily missed or corrected during the event).

What’s great is that they’re able to carry out top-class events while staying on budget. This is definitely a win for cost management, and though their services aren’t the cheapest, we find the value for money to be a strong suit.

The only problem you may encounter is how challenging booking is during peak seasons, which is to be expected for most of these options. Nonetheless, we think they’re worth the wait, especially for big events.

Team Build Events offers comprehensive event management solutions, handling everything from games and activities to food and venue coordination. They’re flexible for all event types and sizes, making them ideal for any scale.

According to clients, the best thing about them is their tailored and flexible approach. Through stories, we can infer that they customize events to the very last detail. This involves taking into account client needs, goals, and venue constraints.

One of the things we liked about them is their specialized corporate programs, with a portfolio that includes corporate tournaments, sports & wellness programs, and brand activations.

We also liked the good range of premium equipment they have, including inflatables for more laidback events. 

As for execution, clients consistently describe their communication as clear, quick, and proactive. We like that the team ensures all concerns are addressed before the event even starts. 

Just take note that their sports-oriented style may not suit clients looking for formal or low-activity events. It’s all based on preferences and goals.
