The entire process is solid, starting off with an in-depth initial consultation before proceeding to the preparation of documents. The firm handles liaison with the Immigration Department and provides clients with follow-ups until approval.

Fees are transparent, although expensive for more complex applications. 

If there’s one issue, it’s that the quality of their customer service isn’t 100% the best. Clients may meet staff who are dismissive and cold. A number of improvements here will definitely take the experience to the next level.
