They’re practical in their use of both Google Apps and Microsoft Office. We like that they use Zoom for quick client calls and Teamwork PM to keep everything organized.

StartUp Cow keeps things straightforward with their tiered plans. The HKD 1,200 Basic Plan covers a year of company secretary service, the annual return, and help with business registration renewal.

An e-commerce founder told us StartUp Cow actually spotted a mistake in his shareholder register while handling his Annual Return. 

Instead of trying to sell him something extra, we like that they just fixed it and saved him from a Companies Registry audit. 

Their HKD 1,500 Comprehensive Plan is for businesses that always seem to have something to update.

A co-working space owner shared with us that StartUp Cow automated her Significant Controllers Register and kept it up to date every time a director changed. 

We also like how their Premium Plan covers three business changes (name, address, etc).

Nova Group is for companies that want secretarial help fast. What stood out to us is how they get their clients up and running in just two working days.

Their Starter Plan (HKD 3,000 a year) covers the basics. They handle all government forms, keep shareholders in the loop, and handle the admin work most people dread.

One logistics client told us their Nova corporate secretary swooped in and sorted out all his records in eight hours flat, right before a compliance audit.

But what really caught our eye was their cloud accounting. A company raved about Nova’s digital dashboard, saying it synced their invoicing with annual returns and finally put an end to their Excel headaches.

Their plans also come with CPA-backed tax advice (certified public accountants), which is a big plus. One trading startup said Nova reworked their profit reporting during onboarding and saved them HKD 18,000 a year, all without tacking on extra fees.
