We find the service inclusions comprehensive. Each lease package came with full insurance coverage, including collision damage waiver and theft protection. We also like their 24-hour breakdown assistance for complete convenience.

Speaking of which, clients love the little offerings that make the entire experience worthwhile. The company offers free car washes, fuel discounts, and even regular maintenance. This helps them save a lot of money in the long run.

We also noted the quality and variety of their fleet. Customers can choose from economy care to luxury models based on their budget (preferred colors are even available upon request).

Frequent renters can enjoy the Avis membership, which offers global benefits.

We’re just frustrated at the fact that they don’t accept after-hours key drop-offs. A few clients reported frustrations with this, especially since they had to pay additional fees for next-day returns and parking charges.

For frequent travelers, Hertz is solid. Their airport and city locations make them an accessible option for car rentals. On top of that, they offer flexible rental terms – from 3 days to 6 months and even up to 5 years.

We loved how their service packages remove much of the hassle of car ownership. Each leasing plan already includes comprehensive insurance, annual license fees, first registration tax, and regular maintenance.

The attention to support services is also a winning factor. They offer on-site delivery and pick-up of vehicles. 

Plus, there’s 24-hour roadside assistance in case of breakdowns. When that happens, they provide a replacement vehicle too.

The fleet is great as well. There are limited luxury options, but we like that they only source cars from authorized HK dealers, avoiding cheaper parallel imports. 

Added perks like complimentary GPS and driving orientations for expats make them a standout choice. 

Communication can be improved, though. We received complaints of slow responses and delayed updates prior to pick up. This is why they can be difficult to book for first-timers, though these are minor issues only that don’t define the rest.

Transparency is another strong point. Pricing is straightforward, and according to clients, there are no hidden fees in their billing. Insurance, licensing, and maintenance are also already included in the total fees.

One unique offering we want to highlight is their international partnership with Europcar, Nippon Rent-a-Car, and more. This allows clients to book overseas rentals at competitive rates.

Additional support (like restaurant reservations, airport transfers, and Cantonese hotline assistance abroad) makes them unmatched when it comes to overall value and support.  

Speaking of which, the level of communication is a strong suit. They reply quickly via WhatsApp and offer fast in-office transactions. From booking to pick up and return, everything is hassle-free.

We’re just a bit disappointed that some of the cars they carry are old. We would love to see newer models, as up-to-date features and components matter to us. You may need to book in advance to secure the best vehicle possible.

Noah is a fast-growing rental company in Hong Kong, and one of the very few that offer both electric vehicles and traditional cars. Their office is based in Tsim Sha Tsui, which is easy to access, complemented by a seamless booking via WhatsApp.

One of their biggest advantages is their door-to-door pick-up and return service. This completely takes the hassle out of the process, helping clients save money and time.

The company also stood out to us for their range of vehicle options. There are affordable hatchbacks, as well as eco-friendly hybrids like the Toyota Prius. For big families, they even have multi-purpose vans.

For their EV range, they offer 250km of free mileage per rental.

The staff are all helpful and responsive when arranging bookings. With seamless communication, it’s easy to confirm rental terms and prices. Speaking of which, they’re among the most affordable in the city for their fees.

However, not all experiences were positive. We interviewed clients who said that the staff lacked basic courtesy during handovers. This appears to be a small issue in the grand scheme of things, though a heads-up might help.
