I recently stayed at Park Lane Hotel in Causeway Bay and decided to grab a bite at Eggslut. Honestly, I’m so glad I did because this place serves up the best egg sandwiches and burgers in the area!
Their Fairfax Sandwich is packed with delicious, fried eggs and is a real treat. Their truffle hashbrowns are another must-tries. They’re crispy, cooked in duck fat, and have a lovely hint of truffle.
The hashbrowns come in six small pieces and are far superior to regular ones. They’re light, crisp, and a great snack to go with their fresh orange juice.
Speaking of juice, it’s perfectly refreshing and worth the $37 price tag. If you’re in the area, Eggslut is definitely worth a visit for a hearty and tasty breakfast!
