Hutong is one of Tsim Sha Tsui’s hottest dining destinations. Here, you can spoil yourself with a delectable array of Northern Chinese cuisine while enjoying the picturesque views of Victoria Harbour and the city’s skyline. 

It’s set on the 18th floor or the penthouse of the H Zentre and features floor-to-ceiling windows, giving you uninterrupted views of Hong Kong Island from Kowloon’s side.

Now, when it comes to food, you can expect classic Chinese delicacies but with less oil, no MSG, and lots of spices and chilis.

If it’s your first time dining here, try their signature dishes. Order the Red Lantern to get a taste of crispy soft-shell crabs and lip-numbing Sichuan-style lobster. But if you want something more savory, try their ever-famous Flaming Peking Duck

Petrus is a Michelin-starred restaurant perched on the 56th floor of the Island Shangri-La. If you dine here, you’ll be at a great vantage point to appreciate the city’s skyline as well as Central and Admiralty skyscrapers.  

The panoramas are, of course, just icing on the cake because this restaurant itself is also a sight to see. With its French château-inspired interiors, dazzling chandeliers, and Baroque-style furniture, you’ll feel like you’ve been transported to old France as soon as you arrive.  

And while Petrus exudes vintage feels, the food here is centered on contemporary French cuisine, so you can expect unique and fusion dishes. Plus, the menu changes every season to highlight seasonal produce and ingredients. 

Another thing worth noting about this restaurant is its wine cellar. Here, you can pretty much order any bottle you have in mind because the cellar contains over 12,000 wine bottles, including the best vintages from Chateaux. 

Tosca di Angelo

Tosca di Angelo is a posh fine dining restaurant that sits on the 102nd floor of the International Commerce Centre. With its location and large wall-to-wall glass windows, diners can appreciate a gorgeous view of the city, the harbor, and the bustling streets of West Kowloon. 

Apart from that, during the day, when the weather permits, it’s even possible to see parts of the South China Sea from here!

Aside from the breathtaking views, what really draws crowds to this Michelin-starred restaurant is its prix-fixe (fixed price) and seasonal ala carte menus, which feature authentic Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. 

If you opt for the prix-fixe menu, you can expect a three or four-course meal featuring housemade pasta, seafood dishes, dessert, and a wine pairing. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can also check out their ala carte menu that showcases Chef Agliano’s Mediterranean fare.   

And guess what? You get to watch how the chefs create each dish because this restaurant has an open kitchen!

Paper Moon is a fancy restaurant, but don’t worry. You don’t have to nibble on tiny portions because this restaurant serves Italian munchies you can really dig into.

Aqua is one of the most popular fine-dining restaurants in the city. Here, you can check out an innovative menu featuring Italian dishes and Japanese cuisine, including the likes of stone-grilled wagyu, black truffle tagliolini, and sashimi. 

Anyway, if you want to witness the Symphony of Lights sparkling in the background while you enjoy your dinner, make sure to request a window seat on the far right of the outdoor terraces.

This restaurant serves Mediterranean dishes inspired by the coastal regions of Italy and France. Some of the bestsellers worth trying from their a la carte menu are the Prawn Crudo and Lobster Pacherri.

If this is your first time here, we suggest you try the Felix Experience Menu. This menu features some of the restaurant’s best dishes, such as the Black Tiger Prawn, A4 Kagoshima Tenderloin, and Spanish Meagre.     

This restaurant features floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides – one offering a view of the bustling shopping district of Tsim Sha Tsui and the other featuring a scenic view of Victoria Harbour. 

If you plan to dine here, make sure you snag a table by the window. Some seats in the middle don’t offer optimal views. 

The food portions here are on the smaller side, and the price tag is a bit hefty. However, if you wish to try various fusion dishes and set menus you can’t find elsewhere, we think it’s worth the experience.
