For those who prefer faster and more secure transit, their dedicated container service is worth considering. It’s not just great for vehicles—it also gives you extra room for personal belongings, which is a nice added perk.

Another thing that impressed us was their All Risk Protection Policy. It ensures full compensation for any loss during door-to-door delivery, which adds peace of mind to their clients.

However, their service isn’t without flaws. We noticed a few complaints about delays in getting quotes or booking moves, which can be frustrating if you’re on a tight schedule or need to plan quickly.

Another thing we like is their bilingual staff. They’re fluent in Chinese and English, making communication smoother for international clients. This is especially helpful when addressing questions or navigating the shipping process.

However, it’s important to note that while their quotes cover shipping, additional costs like taxes and insurance aren’t included. If you’re not prepared for these extras, it could lead to unexpected expenses.

But for extra peace of mind, their All Risk Insurance or Lump Sum Insurance options offer solid protection against damages or losses during transit.
