What’s great is that they even offer a 120-minute express delivery service, ideal for those moments like sudden celebrations or forgotten events. They’re the only ones in the area that offer this without fail.

We have to commend the efficiency of their team as well. During interviews, we noted multiple instances wherein they were able to deliver even under extreme conditions. 

For instance, one client still received fresh flowers on time, even during a black rainstorm.

As for the quality of the arrangements, we have no complaints, seeing that the blooms are handled by skilled florists. We liked their range of flower options as well, considering there are choices for New Year, Mid-Autumn, and Christmas celebrations.

If there’s anything important to note, it’s that some arrangements look different from what was advertised in the images, which can lead to failed expectations. Nonetheless, the differences are minor and don’t affect product quality.

For buyers who are unsure which options to go for, the florists also offer guidance on the right flowers to use and which colors to match with the presentation.

Delivery services are just as good. Like most florists in the city, they offer same-day and next-day delivery. But what makes them better than most is the ability to fulfill last-minute requests.

They can even accommodate big venue needs for special events, as long as the flowers and materials are available.

The buying process is easy, with a wide variety of options for birthdays, engagements, and performances. But if you prefer to buy in-store, it’s a convenient option too – their location in Tsim Sha Tsui is accessible by most transport options.

Unfortunately, we did notice that they somehow overcharge foreign buyers. If you’re a tourist, it’s best to insist on fair rates. Having a local friend with you may also help.

Anglo-Chinese Florist is a famous stop for a reason. Established in 1946, they’re a long-standing florist in the city. They’re situated in one of HK’s best-known floral districts in Central at Lyndhurst Terrace.

The quality of blooms is pretty unbeatable. As we’ve found, they import their flowers and plants from countries like Holland and New Zealand. This ensures clients always have a premium selection of blooms year-round.

Their services are well-rounded. They offer not just bouquets, but also arrangements for special events. Some of their best-selling offerings include wedding decorations, feng shui arrangements, and preserved flowers for design.

The ordering process here is easy. While they do have their website, we prefer their alternative method of ordering via WhatsApp. Our team gave it a go, and we can say they’re responsive, even providing photo updates before delivery.

We just have a bit of an issue with the way they charge for services. We think their packaging and accessories are more expensive than average. A clearer billing breakdown may help deal with this.

We liked that Bed of Roses offers a wide range of services. They can provide fresh bouquets, floral baskets, and wedding decorations. They even host flower workshops for aspiring florists and those who just love flowers. 

What makes their services stand out is the quality of work. Every client we spoke to said that the flowers they received were beautifully arranged. Every flower was fresh and vibrant too, despite long delivery distances.

Our team loved their customer service as well, which is often missing in many of the shops we visited. They communicate efficiently and are able to resolve concerns promptly. 

To make up for any issues, they even provide thoughtful gestures like handwritten notes or coupons.

Ordering from them is relatively easy using their website, so there’s no hassle in that area. Even the in-store experience is good, as it feels more modern compared to most shops. One of the touches we liked was the QR code payment system.

The only issue with their location is that it isn’t that prominent – first-time visitors are likely to get lost as it’s surrounded by big shops in the central area. Honestly, just ask around in Shing Wong and you’ll find it quickly.

For top-quality flower services, Floristry is a great choice. They offer a comprehensive range of services, including bouquets, subscriptions, and special floral arrangements for events. They also offer themed workshops every now and then.

The quality of work always stands out – in fact, clients mentioned that the flower arrived fresh enough to last for up to . We see them as a great choice for intimate occasions.

Given the quality of the flowers, buyers say that the value for money is great. Their rates are not too expensive, even for personalized orders. More complex requests would cost more, though.

We also like their customer service. Speaking to their team, we find them kind, responsive, and helpful. We also found, upon speaking to their patrons, that they can accommodate last-minute orders and can even arrange overseas deliveries.

The only downside is that their delivery efficiency isn’t the most reliable. When weather conditions are severe, they may fail to deliver. Though it’s understandable, we do note that other stores can still deliver despite challenges.
