Hong Kong’s 8 Absolute Best Keto Restaurants

Hong Kong’s 8 Absolute Best Keto Restaurants

You know, I’ve never felt guilty about being a big eater. Carbs, calories, cholesterol – all those are just numbers to me. What matters is that I keep my heart and tummy happy!

But of course, our city is also filled with health-conscious eaters (jealous!) and even my gang has them. Just yesterday, two of our group were discussing the difficulty of keeping up keto diets here, which made me wonder: are good keto eateries here really in short supply?

Well, once the idea hit, I just had to pursue it. Fortunately for me, my friends were only too happy to get roped into several weeks of trying out restaurants that would fit their diets!

So today, I have a list of the best keto restaurants in Hong Kong. Check out which ones we picked at the end of it all!

Address: Shop 3, Dennies House, 20 Luard Rd, Wan Chai, Hong Kong

Operating hours: Monday – Friday, Saturday: 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM

I don’t know anyone in Hong Kong who isn’t familiar with Mana! This Thai restaurant nails it with healthy, tasty dishes that match the city’s love for vegetarian options. What’s great is their commitment to offering keto-friendly choices without compromising on flavor.

Their naked burger is a game-changer – think kale replacing the carb-loaded bun, keeping it keto and delicious. Plus, their signature salads are customizable with your preferred protein, making for a satisfying keto meal, whether it’s lunch or dinner.

Pro-tip:  Lunchtime can get pretty crowded, so think about swinging by a bit before or after the usual rush. This way, you can skip the long lines and chill out for a more laid-back meal.

Nomad Burger

Address: G/F, Tak Man Building, 29 Tak Man Street, Hung Hom

You know, talking about burgers and keto in the same breath usually raises some eyebrows. But hold up, because Nomad Burger is rewriting that rulebook!

It’s the spot where burgers happily fit into any dietary lifestyle – keto, vegetarian, vegan, you name it!

What’s awesome is their build-your-own-food approach. You’ve got the power to create your very own keto-friendly burger, from the keto bun and protein-rich patty to decadent toppings.

Pro-tip: For the ultimate keto-friendly burger at Nomad Burger, keep it simple yet flavorful. Opt for the juicy Angus beef patty and top it off with creamy mashed avocado, crispy bacon, and a variety of fresh veggies. That’s your ticket to a deliciously satisfying keto treat!
