Nextspace made our list with its impressive track record. The firm has over 130 locations and 350 serviced offices under its belt. They also cater to all types of businesses, from startups to growing enterprises.
What stood out immediately was the variety and flexibility of their offerings. They can cater to various needs, whether it’s a hot desk or a dedicated desk with 24/7 access.
We also like that they offer custom-designed enterprise solutions for teams of over 15 people. The best part about this is that they cover many premium addresses, including Lee Garden Three and The Center.
Our team found the inclusion per package to be competitive and practical. All private offers come with 24/7 access, professional reception services, and fully-equipped meeting rooms. The harbor-view locations are also a major plus.
Another feature we particularly liked was their free brokerage service. Clients receive quotations within 24 hours, thanks to a dedicated account manager.
That said, availability at premium locations can be limited despite their vast network. It might be hard to secure an office on a short notice, so recommend reaching out early.

Situated on the 20th floor of the iconic One IFC, The Executive Center offers nearly 13,000 square feet of Grade-A serviced office space. For clients, this puts them at a location advantage, as it’s close to five-star hotels, luxury brands, and restaurants.
We liked the variety of their offerings too. There are private offices that are move-in ready, as well as coworking spaces. The latter is thoughtfully designed and comes at reasonable starting rates of about $4,000 a month.
Apart from this, we also find their virtual office plans to be strong options. They begin at $900 per month, which is already a reasonable cost, and include many perks. It comes with business address services and admin support – great for foreign businesses.
The firm also provides meeting rooms and event spaces upon request, making them a versatile choice for hosting client-facing functions. Their on-site team is all responsive too, offering easy communication for any concerns.
However, we find it concerning that sometimes clients are bumped out of their spot to make way for bigger clients. There are also a few issues regarding their billing, though the issues didn’t happen recently.

Backed by over 170 years of global experience across over 70 countries, Savills brings unmatched international reach. Their HK team alone boasts over 700 employees, earning our trust with their robust reputation.
What impressed us the most was the breadth of services. Their real estate advisory spans multiple key areas, including feasibility studies, urban planning, and IPO listing. We find this a solid choice for clients seeking asset optimization.
Our team finds that their strength lies between their global expertise and local execution. We find it valuable that they have a strong command of regional market dynamics across Asia Pacific, ideal for multinational clients.
Their consulting service is also a major win, as they take time assessing each client’s needs, goals, and budget. This makes the experience feel more personalized, targeting only the most critical areas of improvement.
One drawback, however, is that their size can sometimes create delays in communication, especially when multiple departments are involved. This isn’t a recurring issue, though, so we’re still happy with what they’re able to give.

JLL earned our favor as one of Hong Kong’s most comprehensive and tech-forward real estate advisory firms. They’re a versatile firm too, serving clients across multiple sectors, from banking to manufacturing.
We were particularly impressed with their diverse offerings, providing support for office investment and development of location strategies. In particular, they identify offices across key areas like Central, Causeway Bay, and Island East.
Their focus on technology and innovation is what sets them apart. Clients benefit from smart building solutions, real-time data dashboards, and integrated systems.
We especially liked their attention to sustainability for clients wanting to earn green building certifications.
We also find their workplace experience to be excellent. They offer concierge-style services, wellness programs, and strategic design advice.
According to clients, their corporate account management is a solid offering too. It allows clients to extend their in-house teams for portfolio management.
Unfortunately, some clients reported poor building management practices and billing issues, raising concerns with their unresponsive teams. Improvements in these areas should help make their services feel more consistent.

When it comes to track record, CBRE is among the best we’ve reviewed. They’ve delivered over 3 million square feet of workplace projects in the past 3 years alone. This scale impacted over 29,000 employees.
It’s also worth noting that 60% of their clients are Fortune 500 companies. Our team agrees that this is a sign of their trustworthiness globally and locally.
We love how well-rounded their offerings are, involving organizational design, change management, and culture alignment. To achieve this, they offer a five-phase methodology, which we found effective for research-heavy strategies.
CBRE’s end-to-end solutions mean clients can engage with a single partner. This reduces any potential bottlenecks that may arise from working with various departments.
Plus, the majority of the clients noted that they offer smooth transitions during mergers, expansions, and return-to-office planning.
That said, several clients noted frustrations with their building management arm, citing high management fees and poor customer service. Otherwise, they remain a top-tier spouse for workplace consultancy.
