Apart from that, we like that they offer a variety of packages, so it’s easy to find something that matches your needs. They have full-service home organisation, kids’ room organisation, and DIY consulting. 

They also offer a “done-for-you” service, allowing you to choose the level of assistance you need. For instance, they can create a shopping list or source products for you.

Also, we appreciate their post-project support via messaging. It makes the whole service convenient for busy individuals.

Their efficiency also stood out to us, with clients noting that Nassim and her team worked quickly without compromising the quality of their organisation.

That said, their services are more focused on residential organisations than on businesses. Also, their premium pricing may feel steep at first. However, many clients still say that the results are worth every penny.

Clutter Free caught our attention for its KonMari-inspired decluttering approach mixed with traditional Western organising methods. 

KonMari method is focused on keeping only the items that spark joy or purpose and letting go of the rest. Meanwhile, traditional Western organisation is all about function-based storage and decluttering based on practicality. 

When combined, Clutter Free helps clients declutter more intentionally while still creating functional systems, making their homes easier to manage.

It’s also a plus for us that Clutter Free offers a good range of organising services, like toys, wardrobes, and living spaces. 

They also offer additional support, like space planning, training programs, and workshops for corporate groups and homeowners. For us, it’s a big plus if you want to learn how to maintain an organised space in the long run.

From client feedback, we also noticed that Marina has a creative and patient approach, especially when she’s working with kids and families. 

However, one thing to keep in mind is that they have a relatively small team, so availability may be more limited compared to larger organising companies.

We really love how versatile they are. They handle both home organisation and business decluttering – all with customised organisation plans based on how you actually use your space.

We also appreciate their moving services, which can be a big advantage if you’re having a relocation.

Their team is also responsive. Clients mentioned that the company is easy to contact and it’s a breeze to schedule a service with them.

A bit of a downside, though, is that their hourly rates are on the higher side. Also, some of their services (like moving and unpacking) heavily rely on their partner providers, which could pose delays.

Since organising can be really overwhelming for many, it’s important to hire someone who is patient and understanding of what you want to achieve for your space.

Just one disadvantage is that they lean more towards personal coaching. We think that it might not appeal to those looking for a quick decluttering session.

They also specialise in removing large and bulky items, like appliances and furniture – things that other organisers can’t handle.
