If there’s one thing we super love about The HarbourView Place, it’s the sweeping views of Victoria Harbour. 

Beyond the views, the apartments are fully serviced and equipped. They’re with a well-equipped kitchen, modern furnishings, and hotel-style amenities that make staying a lot more comfortable.

We also appreciate the wide range of units available. From luxury open-plan to three-bedroom suites and presidential suites, The HarbourView Place works just as well for executives as it does for big families.

Lifestyle facilities are impressive too. They have an outdoor heated pool on the 76th floor, a well-equipped fitness centre, and techy meeting rooms. 

However, we’ve heard that some of their rooms have a musty smell, which may cause discomfort.

Thankfully, they have a reliable concierge and a guest liaison support here. Renters shared that the staff are responsive and attentive when you need assistance. 

They also handle maintenance requests promptly, making the whole stay feel stress-free.

But what we love most about Townhouse Soho is its strong focus on building a resident community. The property features large social and amenity spaces, providing ample opportunities for renters to interact.

Renters we talked to said this helped them form friendships during their stay. The social events the community organizes also helped many renters settle in quickly.

We just wish the admin would respond to maintenance issues more prompt. Some renters reported delays, which caused frustration and discomfort.

The layout is designed to maximise space and natural light, which gives a luxurious and comfy everyday living vibe.

Each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen with Miele appliances, so it’s just as practical for everyday cooking as it is impressive for entertaining.

The options are pretty diverse too, ranging from studio to two-bedroom units.

The best part is that residents of serviced apartments enjoy private lift access. Renters told us this added a noticeable layer of privacy and security.

On top of that, residents enjoy priority access to Rosewood’s acclaimed restaurants, bars, and Asaya spa.

The only thing worth noting is that some guests have reported occasional inconsistencies in staff friendliness, which can affect the overall experience.

Also thanks for updating to residence room which having a spectacular harbor view although my wife finally wished to change back to original harbor view room with the signature bath tub.
