Founder Mark Fraser personally inspects, quotes, and oversees every job himself. Clients deal directly with him in English instead of being passed between people, which matters if you’re a landlord living abroad.
He takes on everything from a quick tap swap to a full bathroom overhaul. You can supply your own tiles or leave sourcing to him. He’ll even travel out to Lantau or Discovery Bay if needed.
We talked to an overseas owner who hired Mark last year, and she mentioned his clear video updates and the receipts he sent for materials he bought locally.
His schedule fills up fast, though, so it’s worth booking ahead. Warranty terms on larger jobs get worked out case by case too, so it’s hard to compare when you’re still looking into different contractors.

They’re worth considering whether you’re doing a full renovation or want to keep your existing floor plan as is.
Plus, their warranty covers both materials and labor.
One thing to note: their liability is capped at the value of the service itself. They also don’t take responsibility for pre-existing damage or problems caused by earlier, poorly done work.
