Xtreme Lashes has all the qualities of a premium lash salon. Their lash specialists are certified experts. With their level of training, we feel confident in their skills for healthy, natural-looking results.

The salon specializes in luxurious lash extensions. To achieve this, they use premium lash materials to ensure a safe and error-free application.

The best evidence of their quality services is in the results, though. In fact, many clients shared that their extensions lasted a good 2.5 to 3 months. This is much longer than the average retention period, so the value for money is strong.

Speaking of which, their rates are just right for the location. However, we did note instances wherein staff pushed for unnecessary upgrades, which ended up in higher-than-expected totals.

Still, with accommodating staff and an immaculately clean environment, we can see why they’re a solid choice for many patrons. We even observed clients falling asleep during treatments, thanks to their gentle and calm approach.

Scheduling is easy, so busy clients may find them an ideal choice.

Lash Loft is one of the few salons in Hong Kong that specializes in YUMI Lash Lift. This is a premium EU-approved keratin lash lift treatment known for being hypoallergenic, non-toxic, and paraben-free.

What makes this a solid choice is that it delivers natural, long-lasting results for 8 to 12 weeks. It also matches the natural lash cycles, which wins our favour for healthy lash maintenance.

As for the venue itself, the salon is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We’ve visited multiple studios that actually feel cramped and noisy, but the experience here was definitely relaxing and downright enjoyable.

Booking is convenient, especially if you’re a returning customer. Website booking is limited, but their staff responds quickly on WhatsApp. We appreciate that they send detailed directions to help first-time clients locate the studio.

And yes, this is necessary as the location is tricky to find – it’s not directly accessible by lift or any immediate landmarks. It may be a hassle for others, which can be frustrating. 

Thanks to their location, fortunately, rates are more flexible compared to those in Central.

Beyond this, they also have the standard lash extension options: classic and volume. Customizable options like natural, cute, and glamorous are also available.

To ensure each option is tailored to clients, they provide highly detailed pre-consultations. During this stage, technicians carefully explain style, curl type, and length options to match what the client envisions. 

Customer service is pretty good as well. As we’ve experienced, the team replies promptly to inquiries and fixes issues quickly. For instance, incorrect bookings are adjusted quickly when availability comes up.

Like most salons, there are also minor reports of results not meeting expectations. With Lash Artist, clients noted that the glue was not strong enough. Fortunately, their technicians were able to address them with free corrections.

The options are great, from natural classic sets to hybrid volumes. Technicians carefully tailor their approach to match client preferences too, though their general techniques lean more towards natural-looking results.

With a Japanese-oriented approach, the salon features a nice spa-like experience that’s drawn from Japanese hospitality. It’s cozy and modern, so clients can rest and relax easily while waiting for their turn.

The staff are friendly and maintain clear communication, from booking to aftercare. In fact, lash artists explain steps in detail and even offer adjustments for sensitivities, such as anti-allergy glue. 

For instances like this, we recommend letting them know in advance.

We unfortunately found minor reports of inconsistent technician quality, where clients felt that the appointment was rushed. These are rare instances, though, and the positive experience still trumps the few downsides.
