When it comes to convenience, YESinSPACE Serviced Apartments is a great option to consider. 

Other apartments don’t accept pets, so when we found out they do, we just had to include them here. That’s not their strongest point, though.

Many of their apartments are tucked into residential neighbourhoods within a short walk to Mong Kok MTR Station. 

There are supermarkets, restaurants, parks, and even banks around the buildings. Convenience-wise, it’s great, but there are times when the neighbourhood gets noisy.

The basketball court and running track, right across the complex, are also likely to appeal to energetic kids. 

For adults, the rooftop is a great space to breathe and relax. We’ve seen a beautiful sunset view when we visited here.

Housekeeping is one of their strong points. Cleaning is done several times a month, and linens are changed weekly. Based on clients, it’s thorough and reliable.

Pricing, based on what we saw, sits in the middle ground. Monthly rents are reasonable and often include WiFi and air conditioning. There are a few additional costs (separate electricity charges), but they’re generally manageable.

For those planning a trip to Disneyland with the kids and want to skip the usual transport hassle, finding HarbourView Place is like a blessing. It’s right on top of Kowloon Station, which goes straight to… yes, Disneyland.

But that’s not the only thing that makes this place appealing, location-wise. Being connected to Elements Mall means there are plenty of dining and shopping options just steps away.

Their apartments are set up for daily life. They have solos and even three-bedroom suites that a big family would love. Guests also noted fully furnished units with open kitchens and everything they needed. 

It’s easy to see why they often get recommended for expats’ housing in Hong Kong. It’s comfortable, spacious, and convenient.

We couldn’t ask for anything more with the facilities too. We’ve seen a lot of families enjoying their rooftop pool and father-son bonding moments at their gym. 

Of course, there is a trade-off, and that’s pricing. It’s clearly premium, considering everything that they offer. It’s not the best option for families with a tight budget.

“We stayed at Harbourview Place for two nights and it was very impressed. As a family, we loved the spacious three-bedroom suite with a full kitchen and washer as it made our stay so much easier. The location is unbeatable ! Direct indoor access to Kowloon Station and Elements Mall, with plenty of dining options. What’s the point of a great apartment if the community is dull? TOWNPLACE SOHO seems to have asked itself this question to shape how they handle the place. Well, we can say they nailed it.

Their team organises events and shared spaces. People said it helped them socialise and make friends faster.

They also seem to genuinely listen to feedback and tweak things to improve the experience. 

What caught our attention, though, was how tech-driven their apartments are. Keyless entry through a smartphone app? Super handy, especially for parents juggling groceries or kids who somehow always lose their keys.

Inside the apartments, layouts range from studios to three-bedroom units. They have open-plan spaces, compact kitchenettes, and smart controls for lighting, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.

It’s right in the heart of SoHo, so there are a lot of practical spots that are very accessible. 

Their amenities within the building can also help in entertaining kids or squeezing in some downtime for adults.

However, we’ve heard of a report that getting the security deposit back can be a bit complicated.

Round edges, google home, Bluetooth speakers, wine cellar, steamer/conventional oven, smart TV with turntable stand, lots of storage space, washing machine/dryer… I particular enjoy the work space within the club house with free supply of coffee and Bluetooth printer. There is a nice gym, cafeteria, pool side BBQ and swimming pool. The rooftop has a spectacular view of Central which I have a few  memorable moments.”

Service Apartment Hong Kong can do a lot of legwork for its clients. They curate fully furnished apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom units.

Many of the units include in-room laundry and utilities already bundled into the price. Some buildings even include swimming pools and pet-friendly policies.

Clients liked the concierge-style support they provided. Some companies would reply the next day if it’s outside normal hours, but their team does it differently. No matter what the time is, several people mentioned that the team responds quickly.

They’re also not the type who would just tell all the good things about an apartment. They’d flag neighbourhood details like nearby construction and potential noise issues, which a lot of clients appreciate.

There are more examples of how they show their client care. Negotiation support is another one. 

Some people mentioned the team helped with rates and contract terms. It’s something many rental platforms leave entirely up to you.

That said, we noticed that most of the apartments they offer are fully furnished, which means they are priced higher. Families who are looking for more budget-friendly apartments might need to consider other options.
