Despite the big offerings, the service still feels personalised. They take note of details such as preferred location, budget, and desired amenities.

Users then receive detailed listings with photos, videos, and descriptions.

While it does feel a lot less intimate, we do appreciate the detailed approach. Plus, it makes it easier to compare options as things are completely narrowed down.

We spoke to current tenants and were happy to know how good the experience was. There’s only one single point of contact, who remains responsive at all times.

Every step is coordinated. They handle apartment viewings, price quotations, and negotiations for license agreements.

Clients told us that the rates are favorable for the level of service.

They’re not a direct property owner, though. So, do expect a bit of overhead cost versus other options.

Serviced Apartment got our attention with their fast response. We reached out to them via WhatsApp and email and got quick answers to our inquiries.

Beyond communication, the level of service is top-notch. The company assists with property viewings, negotiating rental prices, and coordinating paperwork.

The best part is that they don’t charge additional agency fees. At least, we’re confident that the rates are the same as if they book directly with the property.

When it comes to listing curation, everything is personalized. They consider the budget and proximity to workplaces and schools.

According to current tenants, they were able to score their apartment within a week. Rental terms were flexible too, as we heard lengths ranging from 2 to 3 months or longer.

As a specialized advisory service, they’re definitely a great choice for those who need an apartment quickly.

A lot of things here live up to the Four Seasons branding. Located within the IFC complex, it’s above the HK station. This makes daily errands extremely convenient.

The property offers an impressive 519 fully furnished suites. There are also plenty of layout options, including studio and one- to three-bedroom suites.

What stood out the most to us was the elegant layouts. Many of the units also offer harbor and city skyline views. The range definitely speaks to those who prefer luxury living.

That also means higher rental prices, so it may not be the most accessible option.

Still, the services make them stand out. Offerings include concierge assistance, guest relations, and business support.

Within the property, we fell in love with the lifestyle and leisure facilities. There’s a multifunction family room, and plenty of access to dining, shopping, and entertainment.

And of course, for bragging rights, you’ll be staying in one of the most prestigious serviced apartments in Hong Kong.

We think Yesinspace is one of the best options for flexible stays. Properties are designed for monthly stays, making them ideal for exchange students and overseas professionals.

The strategic location definitely hits. This one in TST is only 2 to 3 minutes away from the MTR station (Exit E).

Key amenities like The One shopping mall, Kowloon Park, and The Peninsula are only about 5 minutes away.

As for the units themselves, everything feels complete. Each one is fully furnished with a private kitchenette and a separate show area.

Just take note that some units don’t include an in-room washing machine. We recommend requesting a list of amenities for your target unit.

On the other hand, there are other pros we liked. Units come with high-speed optical fiber WiFi and 24-hour security. 

Leisure and lifestyle features also don’t lag behind. Rentals come with a complimentary membership to nearby clubhouse facilities. This gives access to a swimming pool, gym, sauna, and yoga areas.

Location is one of the biggest draws at Victoria Harbour Residence. The property forms a part of a luxury integrated complex.

This is located alongside the Harbour North shopping mall and the Hyatt Centric Harbour Hotel. It’s safe to say that residents have access to dining, retail, and entertainment options.

When it comes to the units, we loved how thoughtful and well-planned the designs are. The suites are fully equipped with modern furniture and smart technology features.

To name a few, there are fully automated controls for lighting, TV, and air conditioning.

Units are spacious and modernly decorated. Kitchens and washer-dryer units are available. 

Rates are relatively higher than most. It’s no surprise, though, considering there are 24-hour convenience services and exclusive facilities for leisure.

It’s just a bit sad that service quality among tower staff has been inconsistent recently.

At least, the offerings remain solid for long-term stays. Being within walking distance of the North Point MTR station is also a plus.
