Plus, based on the before and after photos of their past maintenance projects, we can say they really know how to bring even the most neglected pools back to life.

We’re also impressed by the range of pool products they offer. Whether you need filtration equipment and cleaning chemicals or poolside furniture and materials, they have them in stock.

Beyond pool maintenance, they have built over 600 bespoke pools, ponds, and Roman-style water features. This makes them a good one-stop spot for pool and backyard transformations. 

That said, we’ve received a few reports of poor customer service. It’s pretty difficult to get a timely response from their staff when inquiring about scheduled appointments, so it’s a bit of a hassle. 

Tat Hing Pool is mainly a supplier of swimming pool equipment. This firm became well-known for selling a range of pool pumps, sand filters, and more. 

However, as they’ve expanded their business, they also started handling the basics when it comes to pool maintenance and management. 

We appreciate that they now handle filtration systems and pump installations. They cover options like cartridge filters, KH Series pumps, and so much more. 

Plus, they have technicians who can repair and replace underwater cleaning devices and other pool equipment. 

Apart from that, they deal with the provision of swimming pools, saunas, and other water park systems. We’ve seen the pool designs, pool features, and equipment they’ve handled and we’re really impressed with the results.   

Our only complaint with them is that they don’t handle routine maintenance and cleaning for pools.

It’s a one-stop shop for pool services, offering general pool maintenance, pool pump maintenance and repair, and installation of pool systems and equipment.

Crystal  Pools Company may be a newer player in the industry, but they’ve done amazing pool upgrades and renovations since being founded in 2021. They also offer a good range of services for pools and ponds like basic maintenance and repairs.   

One aspect we like about this company is that they’re great at improving the looks and value of pools. 

They provide various pool interior finishes. They also handle the installation of waterfall features, filtration systems, and even recreational water equipment. 

Aside from basic pool cleaning, we also recommend them for pool repairs. Whether it’s replacing old pipework or application of cement grouting, they’re pretty reliable.  

While they don’t have regular operating hours, we appreciate that they’re just a call away from all areas of Hong Kong. Plus, they provide a convenient booking process on their website and also via WhatsApp.
