We also appreciate that clients get support from property viewings to post-move assistance. The help they extend is solid, covering utility setup, local orientation, and settling-in advice.

Another thing that stood out to us was how personalized the property search was. Their agents take note of each client’s priorities, lifestyle needs, and budget constraints.

This approach earned our favor, as it ensures viewings are relevant and clients never waste their time.

We find their communication and overall support to be excellent as well. Agents are responsive to questions, promptly providing answers and even video tours when requested.

Their negotiation tactics also result in highly favorable deals for the clients. 

The only downside is that their inspection lags a bit behind the competition. Other agencies do it better in terms of accuracy and attention to detail, so improvements here would be appreciated.

Habitat Property Limited offers full residential services. Their listings include luxury rentals, home purchases, and mortgagee sales.

We find the entire process efficient and seamless for both tenants and buyers. This is because they offer guidance in stages like searching, viewing, negotiations, and post-move settling in.

Looking into their listings also impressed us. Every property was well-presented and favorably priced based on the current market.

We also appreciate the little touches like the professional photographs and detailed videos. 

For buyers who are on the hunt for a property fast, we find them a good choice. This is because views are carefully planned, allowing clients to secure homes within 24 to 72 hours.

Communication is just as outstanding. Agents are available outside standard hours and even on weekends for any type of assistance.

The only downside is that the experience varies depending on the agent. We heard complaints where clients didn’t get a callback after inquiring about listings. 

There were also a few issues with unprofessional management. However, these are very small issues compared to the positive experiences.

Ray White focuses heavily on residential property sales and investments outside HK, particularly in Australia. Considering their niche, they’re more ideal for buyers seeking international residential assets.

We find them a credible choice, considering they’re under a globally established real estate brand with over 120 years of history.

Their integrated support also sets them above the rest. Their agents cover legal coordination, taxation guidance, and financing options.

As for their portfolio, we love their large listings across major AU cities. They feature properties in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth.

When it comes to guidance, we can’t ask for more. Responses are always timely, and they remain accessible across different time zones.

Agents also provide relevant info on neighborhoods, transport links, and school zones. 

Still, we can’t help but notice a few lapses. A client said that they didn’t hear back from the agency for their settlement process. 

Better after-sales support would be appreciated.

Jade Land Properties provides tailored residential services to both renters and landlords. We love how they carefully curate their listings, filtering out unsuitable properties for clients.

Apart from being experts in HK’s market. They also handle international property transactions in markets such as Malaysia, Thailand, Dubai, and Portugal.

Another strength is the agency’s approach to closing details. In one case, agents advised a family to retract an offer due to concerns about the landlord.

This level of honest and professional judgement made us trust them more.

According to clients, the agency takes a consultative approach. Agents take time considering client priorities, constraints, and concerns before proposing properties.

They also assist with landlord liaison, utility setup, and move-in coordination. The big plus is that they also handle language barriers for non-Cantonese speakers.

There were just a few instances in which they didn’t respond to customer calls. However, this was quite rare, and our first-hand experience interacting with them says otherwise.

The quality of their work is high. We can say it through their fast turnaround times, with multiple properties reportedly let within days or under 2 weeks.

We appreciate their cost-effective pricing, too. This is because they’re skilled in securing favorable deals. And since the processing is prompt, they avoid unnecessary delays. 

Additionally, customer service is a major plus. The staff is responsive and willing to go beyond depending on requests. They can even accommodate urgent matters outside normal working hours.

The only issue you may encounter is that their senior-level agents may have limited availability. They can also be difficult to book during peak moving seasons in the summer and spring.
