We’re pretty impressed with their yacht selections as well, ranging from small to larger luxe yachts that can accommodate up to 56 people. Having this wide selection of fleet makes it easy to decide depending on the number of your guests and your budget.

We’re also glad they have wide availability, whether for day or night charters. So, regardless of whether you want to chase the sun in Sai Kung or are just planning a harbour party with those skyline lights, they’ve got plenty of time slots to choose from.

Plus, their booking process is a breeze. You can pick your preferred departure point, timeslot, and add-ons on their website. You can also immediately see the costs upon booking, so you won’t have to worry about hidden fees.

The whole crew is also nice and accommodating. Clients shared that their staff even helped them take good pictures.

However, they have a strict policy regarding rebooking rentals. They don’t offer free rebooking if you need to change the date, so be prepared for additional fees.

Island Junks stood out to us for their flexibility. From personalising the food and booze for your group to changing the pickup and departure points, they’re totally up for it.

For us, they’re the type of rental company that’s easy to create the kind of yacht party you want. Those cookie-cutter packages? They don’t have it.

Their charter types are also another thing we liked. They offer full-day, evening, and half-day charter cruises. This gives us confidence that you have options, whether you want a chilled-out night or a sun-soaked cruise.

On top of that, what we love the most is the premium entertainment on their yacht. Their junks are equipped with 10 smartphone-compatible Fusion audio systems, scattered throughout the yacht. So, no matter where you are, the music follows the party.

And speaking of party, they’ve got an inflatable trampoline, a big floating mat, and swim noodles. We mean, what could you ask for? They basically have everything you need to turn the sea into your own giant playground.

However, their yacht selection is limited. They only have classic teak junks. They’re nostalgic, don’t get us wrong. But if you’re after sleek or modern yachts, they might not be the right fit.

Charter Junks HK deserves a spot on our list because of their great packages. They cater to both small and large events.

What we also like is that they have a corporate junk boat charter. These are perfect for team building exercises, product launches, and conferences. 

Also, we like that they thought of every little detail to keep the vibes alive from start to finish. They have a high-quality sound system, beanbags on decks, and floating hammocks for those chill-by-the-water moments. 

Apart from that, their fleet comes with a responsive and helpful crew. They graciously accommodated pick-up point requests of their guests and were always ready to lend a hand throughout the event.

It’s also a huge advantage that they have online booking, which makes it easy and convenient to secure your junk.

If there’s one thing to be aware of, it’s that they have a very limited number of yachts. That means you’ll need to secure your booking early, especially during peak seasons (summer or weekends).

Smooth experience

“We had the best boat party experience with this company. Everything went smoothly and they were available quickly for any enquiries on whatsapp. Managed everything well and they listened to our needs and made them happen with the route and everything.

The boats equipment were super good, loved the upstairs area with beanbags. They were comfortable with good views. Glassware and cutlery was involved and helped a lot. Swimming equipment was complimentary which was nice. Only the music equipment could’ve been a bit more louder but you could connect your phone which was nice.

When it comes to a more luxurious yacht rental, we’d give the crown to SEA-E-O Yachting. Why not, when they have their own signature luxe yachts, Sigma and Infinity?

We’re pretty impressed with these two 75-foot signature yachts. If you’re up for a normal day or night charter, you’d better go with Sigma. For corporate events, birthday parties, and more upbeat celebrations, Infinity is your best bet. 

Aside from their signature yachts, they also offer all-inclusive rentals, like boat parties and harbour cruises with dinner. For us, these hassle-free packages let you enjoy the food and music without the stress. You just need to show up because they’ll take care of the rest.

We also love the dedicated coordinators SEA-E-O offers that other rental companies don’t. Guests noted that their coordinators handled everything smoothly, from booking to onboard support.

However, expect that their rentals can be a bit expensive, especially their signature yachts. But hey, luxury comes with a price, and we think their premium facilities will give you that “wow” factor.

Sai Kung Boating stood out to us due to their 46-foot Maeflower cruiser. We’re loving the spacious cabin of this luxurious yacht, topped with full entertainment features.

We think that Sai Kung Boating has the most ready yacht for a party. Imagine having a kitchen and a huge space outside aft and fore. We also like their two seating areas on the main cabin, complemented with mahjong and karaoke.

They also offer great catering options, like Chinese, Thai, or Mediterranean style. It’s nice that they’re not just focused on one cuisine, which gives you the freedom to match the food and the vibe of your event.

We also appreciate that they allow self-catering despite their tempting menu and offerings. It gives you full control over your experience.

We also find their rates reasonable. From their half-day and full-day charters to night charters, they hold fair pricing. 

That said, they have only one luxury yacht and don’t offer much variety.
