Feeling like your feet are about to fall off after a never-ending work week or a long day of running errands?
You’re not alone! My feet have also seen better days, and if they could speak, they’d probably complain nonstop.
That’s why it’s important to give our feet a break, and what better way to do so than a soothing foot massage?
Luckily for you, we’ve done the legwork and found the best foot massages in Hong Kong already. We’ve listed them from the most budget-friendly spots to forget-the-budget-level luxury spas, so there’s a place for every preference.
Happy Foot Luxe

Location: 7/F QRE Plaza, 202 Queen‘s Road East, Wan Chai

We recently visited Happy Foot Luxe in Wan Chai, and the experience was nothing short of rejuvenating. Since its humble beginnings in 1999 as a small foot massage center, Happy Foot has expanded into a luxurious space with 150 seats, 100 massage beds, and private rooms, offering a broad range of therapeutic services. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed into a calming environment by their professional and attentive staff.
We chose the foot massage, and the results were both deeply relaxing and healing. Happy Foot Luxe masterfully blends ancient practices from Egypt, India, and China with modern techniques to provide a truly holistic experience. Their offerings don’t stop there—they provide Shanghai-style pedicures, Thai massages, lymphatic massages, and full-body acupoint massages, addressing a variety of issues such as back pain, migraines, arthritis, stress, and more.
Happy Foot Luxe’s dedication to both relaxation and wellness is clear in every detail. We left feeling not only pampered but also revitalized, and we highly recommend it to anyone in Hong Kong seeking a perfect balance of luxury and health benefits.
As Lao Tzu said, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”
Chung Wah Reflexology
Location: Haiphong Rd, 53號Room 203, Phong Mansion House, 2nd Floor, Tsim Sha Tsui
Operating hours: Monday to Sunday – 10:45 AM to 12:30 AM
Contact details: +852 5541 7448
Best foot treatments: Foot Massage + Foot Bath, Foot + Body Massage + Foot Bath
Price: $
Chung Wah Reflexology is a traditional Chinese massage place in Tsim Sha Tsui.
The foot treatments here might not be as extensive as other spas, but the ones they offer are enough to kick incessant foot paint to the curb. Plus, all services are easy on the wallet too!
The 50-minute Foot Massage + Foot Bath (HKD 188) is perfect if you want a quick treatment to help reduce tension and boost circulation in your foot.
Meanwhile, if you have time to spare, we suggest you try the Foot + Body Massage + Foot Bath (HKD 368). With this treatment, you can enjoy a pampering 45-minute foot massage and foot bath, as well as a 45-minute body massage.
Be warned though: their massage treatments here are on the firm side – the masseuses are freakishly strong! So if you plan on adding a back massage to your spa package, be prepared to hear your back pop like a bubble wrap.
Anyway, booking in advance is a must here, and they always require a 10% deposit. Book directly through their website or Instagram to get a 10% discount if you spend over HKD 200 on each service.
Gao’s Foot Massage
Media Credit: Mary Rose Chase
Location: 14/F, 79 Queen’s Road, Central
Operating hours: Monday to Sunday – 9 AM to 12 AM
Contact details: +852 2810 9219
Best foot treatment: Gao’s Foot Massage
Price: $
Gao’s Foot Massage is another local favorite in Central. Compared to the modern spas scattered across Lan Kwai Fong, Gao’s is more of a traditional-style massage parlor offering no-frills and reasonably priced rub-downs and treatments.
If you’re here for a foot massage, they’ll let you sit in an open room containing 40 other chairs, so there’s not much privacy here.
But hey, the starting price for a 30-minute foot massage is only HKD 140. Plus, all reflexology treatments come with heating pads to soothe your sore shoulders and a refreshing red tea to keep you hydrated, making the spa experience here pretty satisfactory.
Another thing we like about this spa is that you can mix and match services. You can add a shoulder, back, or neck massage to your foot reflexology treatment for a little extra pampering.
Bonus: Gao’s Foot Massage is open until midnight, so we give them a plus for accessibility!
足地 (Ashchi) Foot Room Massage
Location: King’s Rd, 57號Wing Hing Street 1/F, Causeway Bay
Operating hours: Monday to Sunday – 11 AM to 12 AM
Contact details: +852 9320 6680
Best foot treatment: Foot Reflexology
Price: $$
If you ever find yourself with sore or aching feet when exploring Causeway Bay, just head over to Foot Room Massage and get the foot pampering you deserve!
This small place offers a wide range of massages and traditional treatments for different parts of the body. However, when it comes to feet, they stick to the classics – Foot Reflexology (starts at HKD 228) and Shanghai Style Foot Exfoliating (HKD 208).
The former is like acupuncture for your feet, but instead of needles, the masseuse uses pressure. This therapy uses gentle pressure on certain points along your feet, so we recommend this treatment if you want to lessen any pain or discomfort you may have.
Meanwhile, the latter is basically a mini facial for feet. First, they’ll soak your feet in hot water to soften your skin, then buff away the dead skin, corns, and calluses using a sharp tool.
It might sound pretty intense, but trust us, it’s painless and will leave the soles of your feet feeling soft and smooth.
LUXE by Happy Foot Reflexology Spa
Media Credit: Kaori
Location: 7th floor, QRE Plaza, 202 Queen’s Rd E, Wan Chai
Operating hours: Monday to Sunday – 10 AM to 1 AM

Best foot treatment: Foot Massage (Reflexology)
Price: $$
With 150 seats, 100 massage beds, and a few private rooms, LUXE by Happy Foot Reflexology Spa isn’t just your average spa. It’s a well-equipped wellness hub!
Foot Massage (Reflexology) is one of its signature treatments, and it can last from 50 minutes to 100 minutes. What’s great about this is that it includes reflexology massage, acupressure, and a traditional herbal foot bath, so the HKD 238 starting price is already a steal deal.
Aside from that, you can check out a range of lymphatic massage, hand and full body acupoint, and Thai massage here. It’s certainly a one-stop spot if you’re suffering from achy limbs, sports injuries, or even stress-related ailments.
And the best part? You can enjoy the pampering massages and treatments within the privacy of your home and the comfort of your own PJs. LUXE also has on-call therapists who offer at-home treatment. Convenient right?
Tai Pan Reflexology Parlour
Location: 83 Nathan Road basement, Tsim Sha Tsui
Operating hours: Monday to Sunday – 12 PM to 11:30 PM
Contact details: +852 2301 1990
Best foot treatment: Signature Foot Massage
Price: $$
Tai Pan Reflexology Parlour is a delightful escape amidst Kowloon’s bustling streets. It features a lavish 1940s Shanghai interior, old-school barber chairs, and plush, custom-designed beds. When you’re inside, it’s like being transported into one of Crazy Rich Asians’s movie sets.
Tai Pan’s Signature 50-minute Foot Massage (HKD 288) aims to stimulate natural healing from within, so therapists apply pressure on specific reflexology points on both the feet and calves to ease tension.
Meanwhile, if your feet just need a quick pick-me-up, we suggest you get the 30-minute Herbal Foot Treatment (HKD 180). This treatment comes with a nice-smelling foot bath infused with Chinese herbs that apparently help detoxify and clear the body system.
Apart from that, we also love the little extras that Tai Pan offers. You see, after the treatment, they’ll whisk you away to an IG-worthy tea room. There, you can rest more and unwind over some freshly brewed tea.
Ten Feet Tall
Location: 21/F the L place, 139 Queen’s Road Central
Operating hours: Monday to Sunday – 10:30 AM to 11:30 PM
Contact details: +852 2971 1010
Best foot treatment: Foot Reflexology Massage
Price: $$
Bring your foot-care game to new heights at Ten Feet Tall! This massage center isn’t the typical massage joint you see down the road. It’s straight-up fancy!
You see, Ten Feet Tall is designed to look like an oasis in the Caribbean. Think bright and spacious cabanas with lots of natural wood fittings and decors, giving a laidback beach vibe.
Now, when it comes to treatments, this spa specializes in reflexology massages. As far as foot massages go, we can say that their 50-minute Foot Reflexology Massage (HKD 395) is worth its price.
First, they’ll let you soak and wash your feet in warm, bubbly water whilst a masseur gives you a neck and shoulder massage. After that, the masseur will work on each foot and leg.
Anyway, foot massages really depend on preference, and frankly, if you’re a soft and gentle girly, the usual massage technique here can be a little firm and strong for your taste.
The Right Spot
Location: 5/F, 20 Stanley St, Central
Operating hours: Monday to Sunday – 9 AM to 12 AM
Contact details: +852 6998 7768
Best foot treatment: Reflexology Treatment
Price: $$
The Right Spot is a cozy urban spa located near the Central Mid-Levels Escalator, so it’s a popular spot for many workers looking to relieve the tension of their stressful day.
The Right Spot isn’t really known for having lots of amenities, but the affordability and flexibility of its treatment packages are what keep clients coming back.
Here, you can choose from a range of add-ons and even customize the duration of your treatments. Apart from that, they also provide home or office services, so you can pamper yourself at your most convenient time.
Speaking of treatments, The Right Spot is famous for aromatherapy and tension-realising massages.
If you ask for a 75-minute Reflexology Treatment (HKD 519), they’ll lead you to a dimly lit room lined with a dozen leather chairs. First, they’ll give you a foot bath that uses handmade organic bath bombs along with vitamin E oil.
Then comes the foot massage, which hits various pressure points on the ball of the foot, around the ankles, and between the toes. Overall, this treatment can last 75 minutes, but if you wish to go all-out, you can extend it for as long as 100 minutes.
ZHEN Foot Spa & Body Massage
Location: 18/f, Century Square, 1 D’Aguilar Street, Lan Kwai Fong, Central
Operating hours: Monday to Sunday – 10 AM to 10 PM
Contact details: +852 2116 3980
Best foot treatments: Signature Foot Massage, Bubble Foot Spa
Price: $$$
ZHEN Foot Spa & Body Massage is a haven for tired tourists and Hongkongers exploring Lan Kwai Fong (LKF).
This spa is tucked away from the usually crowded streets of LKF and offers a spacious and quiet space where clients can pop in for a quick breather. Here, you can try a range of massages and treatments not just for your feet but also for your whole body.
For starters, we suggest you try the Bubble Foot Spa (HKD 448). It will help the soles of your feet rest and soften in a warm, fragrant, and frothy bubble bath.
Feeling bougie? Try their 75-minute Signature Foot Massage package (HKD 528), which includes a foot scrub, foot spa, shoulder and neck massage, and foot reflexology treatment.
What’s great about ZHEN is that aside from experienced therapists, it also features professional physicians who can cater to people who need help with chronic pain. That’s why we recommend this spa for people who need long-term solutions for their foot and body pain problems.
The Oriental Spa
Location: The Landmark, 15 Queen’s Road Central
Operating hours: Monday to Sunday – 8 AM to 11 PM
Contact details: +852 2132 0011
Best foot treatment: Refoundation Foot Massage
Price: $$$
The Oriental Spa is for people craving a pampering day fit for royalty. We’re talking plush robes, luxurious steam rooms and treatment rooms, saunas, indoor pools, and VIP suites.
This two-story spa is the ultimate relaxation haven where you can treat yourself to a selection of signature treatments.
Each treatment offered here starts with a consultation. This is to ensure each guest gets personalized treatment or therapy based on what their body need.
We recommend the 45-minute Refoundation Foot Massage (HKD 760) if you’re after a restorative foot treatment. This massage was developed by the world-renowned podiatrist, Bastien Gonzalez.
According to him, this helps relieve swollen soles, ease muscle tension, and increase blood circulation and joint mobility.
The downside of this spa is that given its location at the Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hotel and its high-end facilities, The Oriental Spa isn’t exactly budget-friendly.
Nonetheless, if you want to experience top-of-the-line service and personalized treatments, just think of this as an investment for your ultimate relaxation!
