Meridian Mortgage Referral, or mReferral, is a joint venture built by CK Hutchison Holdings Limited and Midland Holdings Limited in Wan Chai. 

Established in 2000, it initially focused on referrals. However, in recent years, it has expanded to offer a range of loan programs.

Currently, their lowest benchmark interest rates are 3.875% for P-Plan mortgage (prime rate) and 5.431% for H-Plan (HIBOR-based). 

The only complaint we have about mReferral is that calls are not always answered promptly during inquiries, which can be frustrating for urgent concerns.
