I’ve seen couples try a romantic shoot in popular spots, only to end up with blurred shots, awkward angles, and missed moments that can never be recreated.
So when my best friend asked me to be her bridesmaid and help plan her wedding, I made it my mission to find a wedding photographer who could actually capture the day beautifully.

I’ve noticed that Susanna Yeung Photography has a way of making wedding photos feel really personal.
From what I’ve gathered, she adapts each session to match the couple’s personality and the energy of the day. This results in a final gallery that looks both natural and stunning.
Some couples even said she managed to perfectly capture the joy they felt during the wedding.
She’s also impressively flexible. Last-minute changes or tight schedules don’t seem to faze her. She often researches locations ahead of time and sometimes even prepares backup spots just in case.

Looking through Ali G Studios’ portfolio, it’s easy to see why so many couples are drawn to them. They’ve done everything from high-profile events to intimate destination celebrations.
What really caught my eye is how they handle different cultural traditions. Whether it’s a Chinese or Indian ceremony, they seem to know exactly what moments matter and how to capture them authentically.
It doesn’t feel staged. It feels like they’re quietly letting the day unfold and catching it as it happens.
Couples I’ve spoken to mentioned that the team is super responsive. They listen to what each couple wants and make sure everything goes smoothly, which I think takes a lot of stress off the wedding day.
They’ve also shot destination weddings in Bali, Bangkok, Mumbai, and Singapore. From what I can see, they handle each location with the same calm confidence and consistent style.

She’s been photographing weddings and lifestyle stories internationally since 2016, from Hong Kong and Asia to the US and Europe. That range shows she can adapt to different settings and lighting while maintaining her signature aesthetic.
One thing that makes her work distinctive is how she creates a magical, immersive experience during each session. She guides couples subtly, capturing natural interactions while highlighting personalities and genuine moments.

“Ammmmaaazzzing!!! Love love love Amy! We did a 4 generations photo shoot back in December and a cake smash for our 1 year old twins this April. She is so kind, so gentle and most of all beyond patient which is much needed and appreciated when it comes to children. Of course the main point though, is Amy has so much talent behind the camera.
