When it comes to luxury serviced apartments in Hong Kong, ResidenceHK is a solid place to start. It’s one of the few companies where we barely had to lift a finger to get a unit.
Acting as a concierge service, they make executive apartment hunting much easier. They also handle all the hard stuff, including coordinating payments and facilitating payments.
A few clients also said that they were able to secure favorable rent rates. However, we still advise looking into the paperwork to assess all the costs involved.
The range of options is solid. We love that they feature properties from areas across Central, Kennedy Town, and other prime locations.
The apartments themselves are high-end. Everything we expected was there, such as a fully-furnished interior, appliances, and key amenities.
Certain units may not feel as “high-end,” though it all boils down to personal preference.
When we booked a site visit, everything was handled seamlessly. We recommend doing these visits to get a feel of your target unit.
Superb management
“I have to say the staff at Skyla are very helpful and fast to respond. Jeman, in particular, seems to be working 7/24 was superb in helping to arrange flat viewing, agreement and settlement. The reception/management staff have also been very helpful in explaining things to me and sorting out some requests smoothly in my first few days of stay. The flat in Skyla is located in a very convenient spot in Kennedy Town, and is generally very quiet and comfortable. I really appreciated for every staff in helping me settling in Skyla.

For premium apartments in Central HK, Four Seasons is pretty unbeatable. The location alone made us fall in love. It’s situated right next to transportation hubs and centers for shopping and dining.
The range of executive apartments is impressive. There are studio units, as well as options with 1 to 3 bedrooms.
Designed by firms like Yabu Pushlebergh and Bilkey Llinas, the interior is out of this world. We loved how elegant the units were, with spacious layouts and tasteful decor.
The biggest feature, however, is definitely the views. Many of the apartments on the higher floors treat residents to Victoria Harbour sights.
The overall experience is premium. Residents say they enjoy comprehensive concierge services.
Many of them also sang praises about their facilities. There are places for spa treatments, as well as fitness facilities.
Everything is fully furnished. And with everything you get, the prices definitely match the offerings.
It may just be a little too expensive for some.

We find Yesinspace to be a solid solution for monthly stays in HK. The type of residents here is diverse too. We saw a lot of guests who were students and solo travelers.
They have multiple locations. We liked that this puts residents close to many key amenities in the city. For those who take the train, the TST location is just 3 minutes away from the station.
There are plenty of perks per unit too. Apartments come with a kitchenette, private toilet, and shower, and large windows.
Options range from studios to deluxe, larger units. In short, there are plenty of layouts available, depending on lifestyle and budget.
Those on important business trips will also appreciate their high-speed WiFi. We’ve tried it for a couple of days, and were happy with the steady, uninterrupted connection.
As for fees, utilities, and management fees are already included.
The only thing to keep in mind is that certain appliances may not be available in some units. The most common one missed is the washing machine.

Victoria Harbour Residences is another great option for those who prefer luxury stays. Perched on the waterfront, the units are your ticket to sweeping views of Victoria Harbour.
Each apartment met our standards. Units are equipped with modern conveniences, from up-to-date appliances to voice-controlled systems.
Another big plus is that they provide daily housekeeping services. Residents say they always come to a spotless home.
The only thing to take note of is that certain units need a bit more improvement with soundproofing.
On the good side, it’s nothing that good admin communication can’t solve.
Plus, the on-site perks are hard to resist. There’s the resident-exclusive Club Vici. This gives residents access to swimming pools, fitness centers, and sauna facilities.
The entire complex can make anyone green with envy. Landscaped gardens, beautifully decorated halls, luxurious walkways – it’s a total dream for families.
There were just complaints of inconsistent service from the staff recently. Though the concierge services go the extra mile to assist with special requests.
Wonderful stay and great view
“We had a wonderful stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the sea view which allowed us to enjoy watching the cruise ships. The club facilities are top-notch, particularly the excellent swimming pool and gym. Furthermore, the housekeeping service was very detailed and tidy throughout our stay.”

Comfortable and well decorated
“Enjoyed our stayed here at North Point, the serviced apartment was comfortable, spacious, neat, clean and modernly decorated. The kitchen had modern appliances and a wash/dryer unit. The apartment had a nice view of the harbour. Everyday woke up to a harbour view. The residential had a club with workout fitness center and indoor/outdoor pool. Located next to the mall and ferry. Easily accessible to restaurants and a supermarket. The concierge staff were courteous and friendly and provided first class service. They went out of their way to make it feel like home. It’s a luxurious residental with a beautiful garden walkway plus the entrance and hallway beautifully decorated. It is walkable to MTR station. Also walkable to the bus terminal which was located under the residential building. It’s a nice place to stay for longer stays. A second home away from home.”

5. TOWNPLACE SOHO

We totally loved the range of modern apartments that Townplace Soho offers. Studios to four-bedroom units are well-equipped with conveniences.
Some of the standout features include app-controlled air conditioning, quality sound systems, and high-speed WiFi.
Appliances are pretty much complete, so it’s a seamless experience for both short-term apartment stays and long-term living.
Communal facilities are also some of the best we’ve encountered. The Duo Social Space is massive, spanning nearly 30,000 square feet.
This includes a fully equipped gym, rooftop pools, saunas, and BBQ areas. There are even coworking spaces, so it’s ideal for business travelers.
Location-wise, it’s in the heart of Soho. This puts residents within walking distance of Hong Kong’s best cafes, restaurants, and shopping streets.
If there’s one thing that really makes them stand out, though, it’s the community. Residents can enjoy events such as boat parties, quiz nights, and networking sessions.
One thing to note: some families found it difficult to use baby-friendly equipment. There were also some issues when returning deposits for overseas tenants.
Nice facilities and amazing views
“Great new build – have been a happy resident for 3 years and counting. Facilities are nice (added bonus of being able to access across the 3 locations, all with amazing views of HK from the communal areas / rooftops). Community team is warm and engaging – they organise a variety of fun events during the year which is a great way to meet people (esp for expats moving to HK!).”

Speedy process
“I am very appreciative of the concierge services at TownPlace Soho that have thought of moving to a bigger place for the same price but have always chosen to stay and upgrade at the same condo as the anxiety of servicing when there are concerns is removed vs having to deal with negotiating with a landlord who may not be as speedy in their response. Also appreciate leasing for always finding something for us. Been here for the past 3 years.”
