When we spoke to HelloJack, the first thing we noticed was their speed of response. While traditional contractors often take weeks just to provide estimates, their team can easily dispatch a team the very next day.

Beyond quick turnaround, their service coverage is impressive. The team offers both whole-house renovations as well as smaller focused upgrades like repainting, cabinet installation, and flooring repair.

We find their pricing model to be competitive – costs are quoted upfront and reasonable compared to market averages. 

Another thing we loved is their communication. Unlike many companies that may struggle with bilingual interaction, this company can manage projects seamlessly in English and Cantonese.

The overall client experience is a breeze too. Clients can easily contact them via their own mobile app or WhatsApp. This simplifies the booking process, as project details are confirmed quickly (unless adjustments are necessary).

Unfortunately, their app itself isn’t the most reliable – several users reported that while it works for initial requests, much of the communication eventually shifts to WhatsApp. The app still feels underdeveloped, so calling may be a better channel.
