The value for money is clear in the little touches. For instance, they would offer cold refreshments during hot weather.

Considering how popular their themed shoots are, it’s no surprise that prime spots book out quickly. If you’re planning on booking during holidays, at least 2 weeks in advance is your safe bet.

They have such fun themes and we were able to interact with little goat kids this time around, which makes it a fun experience for kids and you get really authentic smiles. Majesty offers a wide range of photo services, including CV portraits, corporate headshots, graduation photos, and more.

They also offer professional makeup services to help enhance the final results. This, of course, comes at an extra cost.

Apart from services, another great proof of reliability is their highly skilled photographers. Even customers who are camera-shy said that they felt polished and relaxed.

Turnaround times are also fast on average. Some clients said that they receive expertly retouched photos in just a few days.

Unfortunately, there were a few cases where the edits felt underwhelming. They were a bit difficult to reach after delivery, too. 

On the bright side, rates are clear and highly competitive in Hong Kong. 

The studio experience was also a delight. The environment is clean, spacious, and comfortable, so customers feel immediately at ease the moment they walk in.

Just one thing to note: popular time slots (after work hours and weekends) fill quickly. Customers need to book ahead, especially for family or graduation shoots.

We love that they specialize in family, newborn, maternity, and milestone photography. This makes them an ideal choice for multi-generational families.

On top of that, the quality of their work stands out. They provide comprehensive session preparation, including a seasonal style guide curated by a professional stylist.

Even the post-edits are a work of art. They offer fully hand-edited galleries where each image is individually edited. We like this as it offers great quality without over-retouching.

The best part is that the turnaround is still fast, considering the level of care.

Communication is solid. Customers are well-informed from start to finish. Camera-shy clients don’t have to worry as they’re guided through poses and locations.

With all this said, Nestology is definitely not a budget studio. You’ll need to shell out more than average to enjoy their quality services. 

Booking can also be difficult with the studio’s high demand.

HK Headshots specializes in premium professional headshots, portraits, and brand-focused shoots. They’ve been operating since 2009, offering extensive experience in photography.

We like that they take the time to really know the customer. They ask about each one’s profession and goals to align each headshot for the best possible results.

Attention to detail is extended from fine-tuning the posture to adjusting chin angles.

The booking process is highly personalized. The photographer/s even provide/s guidance before the session. Customers also told us that they never felt rushed during sessions.

Looking at their portfolio, the quality is impeccable. This is largely thanks to their studio, which uses high-end lighting setups.

There’s also precise post-production that offers refined touches, while keeping features realistic and true to life. 

Rates are just a bit higher than what you might be expecting to pay for headshots. Plus, sessions are by appointment only, so they can’t accommodate walk-ins. 

As for other photography types (e.g., themed shoots), you may need to look elsewhere.

Venture Photography is highly respected in the area for their masterful technical skills. After all, they have over 25 years of experience.

We liked that they cater to a wide range of photography needs. Some of their offerings include family shoots, couple photos, pet photography, and special occasions.

Each photoshoot is personalized. According to clients, photographers take the time to understand client needs, personalities, and relationships.

In addition, dealing with their customer service was a delight. They’re professional and skilled, helping put clients at ease if they’re not used to being in front of the camera.

The attention to detail during post-production also met our standards. The artistic enhancements are always subtle, yet striking and creative. 

If opted for by the customer, finished photos can also be professionally printed and framed. It will be done by a UK-based production team and comes with a 3-year warranty.

Prices, though, are considered premium even by HK standards. Plus, clients seeking on-location or outdoor shoots may have fewer options.
